All exam pack purchases are final. Once any paper or pack has been purchased, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or reimbursed — regardless of whether it has been used.
This includes orders that combine Semester 1 and Semester 2 packs. If you purchase both semesters' packs in the same order and later decide not to continue after using the Semester 1 materials, no refund will be issued for the Semester 2 pack — even though it is a separate paper, because it formed part of the same purchase.
